Becca is a graduate of International Development and Globalization at the University of Ottawa in Canada, and holds a Masters of Science in Labour, Social Movements and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London in the UK.
She is currently a doctoral student in the University of the Basque Country (EHU/UPV) program, Society, Politics, and Culture, where she researches the Just Transition in Canada and Spain under the supervision of Ekopol members, Iñaki Barcena and Alevgül H. Şorman.
Her principle research interests include socio-environmental justice, labour activism, climate change and social policy, business and social unionism, critical theory, economic transformation and alternatives to development.
